well how **** does that make Bellew ha and some think Bellew is a future world champion, Nathan can rebuild if he has the confidence he still will be near the top of the division, Kovalev will beat every LHW in the world he has power but also showed he has quality boxing ability aswell
I just can't see how anyone thought cleverly was going to win that. Cleverly hadn't fought anyone that level an hasn't displayed a great skill set against poor opposition. Insane decision taking on kovalev voluntarily. I did find it funny tho how cleverly did his typical tongue out showboat then kovalev did it right back and nailed him with a few massive shots and knocked him down
I think it was the wrong fight for Nathan Cleverly, imo he hadn't fought enough decent opposition or been in trouble enough to fight someone who can take you out anytime. Nathan will come again though, all the best for him in the future. I just hope his dad takes a step back from the mouthing off and lets his son rebuild his career.
From first hand experience, he is by no means an arrogant twat. Came up short tonight against an absolute power house. He's 26 years old, I hope he can bounce back.

This. Cleverly's a class act, deserves full credit for taking the fight. Just came up against the better boxer and someone who wasn't just 'hype'. I really hope he parts ways with Vince and goes stateside. Clev's still got a big career ahead of him, hope he can build himself up from this loss.
