If Floyd was willing to fight anybody, would he have a loss?

I respects everyone opinion but someone actually said floyd hits hard enough to keep Williams off of him . That's just wow... That Ortiz "knockout" is still getting to people's heads .

    Pretty good post BTW .

Show me a fighter who could throw a 1,000 punches at Mayweather and LAND with 30% of them. I'll wait.

Prime De la hoya, mosley, pac, hell even tito if he was in the picture.

But it's important to remember that while Floyd did avoid certain boxers, he also chased after others (He wanted prime mosley, for instance, but the later didn't want any).

I think all together, Floyd's only obvious duck is Paquao. Everywhere else it was circumstances + smart business decisions.

Sure because Mayweather would be wide open to be timed as Williams was. I hope you at least noticed that Martinez was clearly timing Williams for that punch and missed earlier before finally catching him, pretty much the way Pacquiao did against Hatton. Such comments never get old, DLH mauls Mayorga half to death and almost everyone was like "There's no way in hell Mayweather would want any piece of that!" when in reality Mayweather doesn't open up like Mayorga and sure as hell won't as Williams did either.

Spinks, Forrest, Williams, Wright all beat him easily. Right now his biggest threat is Mike Jones

Oh & Floyds never been caught by a left hand from a southpaw?
Didn't Judah knock him down & he was also stunned by corley by the same shot.
Its actually harder to land that punch against another southpaw (Williams)
& Martinez would have been the biggest punching, most physically imposing, combination punching southpaw Floyd would have ever faced (we know the Pac fight is never going to happen).
Martinez repeatedly called out Floyd, but Floyd ignored him but he didnt ignore Marquez when he called him out or Ortiz or Guerrero.
    Why did he do this?

You just have a clear anti-Floyd bias. Not really worth answering, except that NO ONE you mentioned would destroy Floyd.

The only fighter in history that would flat out destroy him? Tommy Hearns at 147 or 154, because of their styles. And SRR, because... well... Anyway, if you're not a complete bonehead, you get what I'm saying...

If Mayweather were Russian or Argentinian 'tennis' would be trying to blow him.

On his resume? There are none. As far as available fighters I think Williams is the only one capable, although, Pac and Marg would likely throw 700+ punches and land 20-25%. You have to realize that Corley landed 23%, Cotto 21%, Judah 19%, and Hoya 21%. None of those guys are the type of offensive force that PW, Marg, or Pac were. I'd like to think that they'd all do at minimal 2-5% better than Corley, Hoya, or Cotto.

All those guys who landed on Floyd are left hand dominant(oscar and cotto, too) All I have to say. He and Paul Williams are just not quite as good against south paws.
