Weights from Germany: Abraham/Pulev/Brahmer

Thompson's going to slice Pulev up. He better have a good cut man.

 

wow didnt expect pulev to be that heavy, is that his natural weight?, his weight is more than wlads, im sure hes normally lesser, will this affect his stamina, Thomson also high in weight. he was 259 in price 2.

both guys a bit on the heavy side, it makes me think if itll go the distance.

 

I think King Arthur had better prepare for a full night's work. Shihepo is a tough, strong, fit kid and will definitely be seeing this as his chance to make a name with the smell of a wounder animal in the air. If he keeps laying it on Abraham the way Stieglitz did in the rematch and doesn't let up, keeping Abraham in a shell until it's too late to salvage anything on points but without Shihepo making any mistakes late and getting caught...we could see an upset.

Especially coming in well under the limit, I expect he'll be ready and motivated to put Abraham through a wringer.

 

Weight is fine, he's a Super Heavyweight.

Pulev is heavier than usual, but that's understandable, seeing as he hasn't fought in almost a year

 

Kubrat was 111.4kg when he fought Dimitrenko and 113.1kg for the bout with Ustinov. By looking at him, he is definitely not fatter, just some more muscle it seems.

Also, how hard can he whack?

There's literally no footage of this guy anywhere. Caught one of his fights via stream or bust it seems.

Also, do you feel Abraham's eye could be busted up again? That wasn't quite a Pac/Margarito injury but I think it could rear it's ugly head in a rough, scrappy fight with a guy like Shihepo.

Pulev is big boned. He can carry the weight fine. Thompson is rather heavy...........

I think Thompson is the best American heavyweight, Wilder refused to fight him, of course, Wilder refused to fight Jennings, Wach, and anyone else who has a good chin and can fight back. I have a feeling that Pulev will beat Thompson, but Thompson is good fighter. You will never see Wilder anywhere near him.

Abraham will take a rather pedestriann UD here, rarely shows any urgency and at war with his own promoters as of late as well. Not expecting anything impressive.

 

These are really big Heavyweights. Alistair Overeem is 255 pounds.

I just read that Overeem was born in the Uk. I didn't realize until now that Overeem was a British Heavyweight.
