The lead up to the fight reminds me of when Oscar fought Whitaker back in 97, the young buck trying to dethrone the king. It may happen, but Canelo simply doesn't have the output or stamina that Oscar did, and Floyd is just too black for Canelo.

  5. De La Hoya almost won a controversial split-decison against Mayweather back in 2007.

If they rob Floyd people would go missinf thats the truth

I can easily see a SD or a MD

Unless its as one sided as the Guerreeo fight where they couldnt even make it close if they tried

at the time Floyd was not so big of a Star as he is now and Show Time had not invested a Quarter of a Frigging BILLION Dollars on him.... you just dont Spend that amount of money on a guy to have him lose by Crooks... heck you pay the Crooks so this **** dont happen..

I've already got my bet placed on a controversial draw. 30/1 odds. You can't beat that value for a fight like this. A lot of close, cagey rounds. At the end of the day, it'll probably be one where Floyd should win, but the rounds are close enough for the apologists to say "Well, it was close..." yada, yada, yada.

Floyd and Canelo fight to a draw and the rematch will be even bigger.

After watching Void get beaten by Castillo, then Castillo robbed, I don't see any way anyone can beat Void in Vegas. Void owns Vegas, but you never know in boxing...........

The Pac vs Bradley thing showed once again that being an American in the US trumps being a star when it goes to the cards.
If there's gonna be a robbery, I expect it to be the other way round.

If it happens anyway, I don't think it's even that bad for boxing. Then Floyd doesn't have to protect his precious O again. Wich he shouldn't have anyway.

I really can see this happening, think about it if Canelo wins it elevates him to superstar/megastar status, Floyd will go crazy & the media will lap it all up..
The rematch would be huge & I'd expect that to be close aswel, maybe paving the way for a decider.
Showtime would much rather have Floyd face Canelo 3 times then have him face the likes of Guerrero, which didnt sell all that well.
Floyd has a 5 fight deal or whatever, so win, lose or draw he still has to fight.
Showtime & GBP have another megastar on their hands in Canelo.
The rematch(s) would be massive, probably breaking ppv records.
