Yes if he kept on the meds he would be fine. Look how strong and fit he was in 2007. I think from interviews he stopped his meds around 2009, which must have been when he started believing HIV didn't exist. In all his interviews before 2007, he said that because of his medicine, they could detect no viral load and therefore he couldn't infect opponents in the ring
