Guzman needs outside help to beat Alex Arthur?

I'm surprised you didn't know, but China_hand_Joe has this theory that the more good-looking/attractive fighter usually wins. Good looks/attractiveness are a sign of good genes, which translate as natural talent. Given that China_hand_Joe's record of picking winners is perfect, he is clearly very good at spotting the more attractive male.:think

If HE says Guzman is better looking, don't argue with him!:nono

Huki, I'm not trying hard to change your mind or anything. Just trying to give a decent debate some balance. But it is a bit pointless as you actually aren't adding anything to it, you are just saying general things.

There is no point trying to argue logically about it? I am trying. I've given some examples and some of my own thoughts about how they match up. But you haven't yet used an example of anything (nor answered a fair question about Guzmans lack of power at SF), you just keep reprashing 'Guzman will win cause he's amazing'.

Please, just actually add to things, or stop using post after post to actually say nothing.

Plus I don't really get how I could be classed as a 'blind nuthugger' when I've said since the beginning Arthur is underdog and it is a massive step up for him. I'm just not buying into the fact he has no hope because Guzman is Guzman...thats just a bit of a ******ed view to take.

Dunky you where saying how **** guzman was just before the soto fight, then he schooled soto and you where still the only person saying he was ****. If aa wins fair play to you becuase you have seen something no other boxing fan in the world has seen.

 

I disagree- I can make a reasonable case for a Arthur victory as unlikely as it may be.

Definately not.... It would take a super human effort from Arthur to pull it off. But when you hit as hard as Arthur and have excellent fundamentals you at least have a slight chance.

 

i think aa has a chance but it has to be maybe 10% os something like that, i have seen quite a few of his fights and i don't see what he has got that would worry guzman.

 

mark my words, Guzman will lose.

i was first picking guzman to win easy but as a scot i need to beleive that Alex can finally give scotland boxer to be proud of

I think these words are coming from the heart and not the head!! I hope AA does beat Guzman but I just dont see it happening in the slightest.
