    why someone would dislike mitchell says more about that person than anything

    good solid fighter who also happens to be a pretty good guy

    Banks is a cruiserweight and he knocked Mitchell out. He also had Mitchell out on his feet, but then suddenly stopped throwing punches. Banks could have stopped Mitchell out again if he had wanted to. That fight was fishy!

    Mitchell's punch resistance has improved. Didn't get stopped by Banks, went on to win. He's new and improved, with a impregnable defence. I truly believe he'll go on to have a 5 or 6 year unbeaten run. Beating all the top contenders. Arreola's the first to fall!

    Punch reccistance doesn't improve. You just hide it with better defense and footwork. Look at Wladimir Klitscko.
