Not much but still a small step in the right direction suggests true to his word he is motivated to do a number on Mitchell. Both weighed in the same at 242.

My pick is like most on here Nipple man to smash some glass. :deal

You're absolutely right. If lower weight class guys can put on 10 lbs by fight night, it's not unreasonable to expect a guy like Arreola, who clearly isn't regimented in his nutrition, to fluctuate 10+ lbs of water.

Also, this has been at least the third time by my count that he has said he's been training harder than ever and is the best shape of his life. While it could be true this time, the fact that he's said the same thing several times already should be a red flag on the bull**** radar. What else is he going to say other than that? That he's in the same shape as the Stiverne fight or worse?

arreola went away for this training camp.he's in great shape,he's no adonis.but he's in great shape.no excuses for cris please.he's gonna get dropped by mitchell.i watched the weigh in and mitchell has no fear...i looked for it and there was none.that is what i was waiting to see.mitchell wants to make a statement and he will.mitchell is a man on a mission.he wants this bad,his face said it all.he's gonna go for broke.mitchell might just take cris out in the first round.

He doesn't need to be afraid in order to get brutally and embarrassingly KTFO. One or two flush shots on his shaky chin will do the trick. :deal

He's going to handle Mitchell. I wish he would really dedicate himself though, cuz he's a fun fighter to watch.

    it doesn't matter, because:

    1. Arreola will always be flabby, no matter how much he says he's in great shape

    2. Mitchell cannot take a punch
