damn! the way some fans treat fighters is unbelievable. They are not machines you know that are just there to get battered for your pleasure.

Do you think boxers dont feel pain and a broken Jaw is nothing for them? We all know that Burns lost but to fight 10 rounds in such a pain is some achievement.

That quote always make me laugh, silly thing to say that was made him look nad. If you re watch the last 2 rounds of the fight Maidana was battering him and was going to get a stoppage win anyway so he just quit.

That was the first fight i ever watched in America live and the punches from both men sounded like bombs going off, never heard a live crowd react so much from the punches and kd's.

 

Agree with you. Burns showed world class heart getting through the fight. Jquik and Solaris have both used the bad decision to rundown Billy Nelson and Ricky Burns.

We saw a trainer keeping his fighter going and fighter responding to his trainer and staying in there.

If he were Mexican people would be naming their kids after Burns. World class heart and guts.
