The decision Saturday night was, a robbery. No matter how much Eddie tried to dress it up, there was only one winner in that fight, however, that's not Billys fault and/or Rickys - blame the judges.

As for the holding, if you had a broken jaw what would you do? Stand and trade? Again, the referee didn't take a point, that's not Billys or Rickys fault.

Fair play to Billy for calling for a rematch.

First of all I never had a problem with Billy Nelson until he spoke to me like I was something he scraped off the bottom of his shoe just for asking him a question I don't give a **** if he's Muhhamud Ali if someone speaks to me like that they ain't getting my respect.Those who give respect get respect in return and Billy Nelson is not exempt from that.I have my own success and accomplishments in other aspects of life so I've got no reason to be jealous of Billy.I respect him for what he's done as a trainer with a very limited guy in Ricky Burns but other than that I couldn't give a toss about the guy,he's made his bed on here so now he can lay in it.

 

You are one of the reasons that people actively involved in boxing stop posting here.

It's one thing to be critical and have a bit of banter but the levels you and some others go to at times is unwarranted.

Billy likes to take the ****, I'm sure he can handle it in return. He uses the Scotland England angle when it suits him too. He knows Ricky was well beaten, he has no choice but to talk rematch as anything else makes Ricky look bad. Ricky showed heart to stick with it last night, I wouldn't write him off in a rematch but he is clearly not the best LW in the world. The person I feel sorry for is Beltran as the rematch should have been with him defending the title and getting the lions share of the purse, I doubt that Ricky and Billy will offer that.
