Been very busy... Extremely busy actually. While I've done my best to maintain some level of good information. I have failed. Work and School are killing me. Give me the major updates, the drama, the truth. I know Morrison has passed. It's a sad thing. Besides that, keeping up with fights has been also next to nothing. Which is disconcerting but the truth. As things are hitting a grove, and I'm having more time free up, hopefully I will be able to keep myself updated.
-David Price gets starched again by Tony Thompson -Eddie Chambers got exposed against Mchunu -Deontay Wilder destroys Liakohvic in First Round -Jhonny Gonzalez stuns Abner Mares -Nathan Cleverly gets dominated in 4 against Kovalev -Kubrat Pulev beats Tony Thompson in UD -Darren Barker upsets Daniel Geale for a Middleweight Title -Tommy Morrison Passes away at 44 -Seth Mitchell just got beat by Arreola
Looking at your old posts you've been outta the way since the start of June or so.... Kovalev's become fairly big news at LHW beating White in June (tko3) then taking Cleverlys WBO belt in Cardiff by TKO3...(sorry 4 lol) last month. With Stevenson's first round destruction of Chad Dawson for the lineal title in early June the 175lb division has suddenly become a very intresting place to be. Golovkin destroyed Matt Macklin at 160 with a lethal bodyshot KO3 at the end of June, and is now lined up to fight Curtis Stevens (who is considered overmatched, but has been getting some special looking KO1s of his own) Don't know if you follow the ams at all, but Vasyl Lomachenko of Ukraine, arguably the greatest amateur ever with a 396-1 record, makes his pro debut on Oct 12 at featherweight, and is hoping to be fighting for the WBO strap in his second pro fight if all goes to plan. I expect you're aware that this month is full of big fights so you might want to see if you can find some free time on Saturday nights.
