He'll probably think about hanging himself at first

then he'll remember how much money the rematch and trilogy would make and start to salivate

He will be fine. He has been fighting all of his life and has lost before.

If his heart is still in Boxing, I feel sorry for the guy he meets when he returns.

He has a rematch clause, so he will make even bigger money in a rematch.

If anyone watches a live feed with HBO commentary that has Lampley and company expressing how Canelo is obviously winning and ahead on points despite the video showing Floyd boxing his head off be concerned!

Why should he be bothered? He has enough $s to hang them up tomorrow if he wanted, (SHO contract aside) and live 10 lifetimes in absolute luxury. He's already proved himself one of (if not) the best of his generation. Floyd knows as well as any other fighter that if you fight enough times you will eventually lose, but he also recognises that he's fighting, ultimately, for the money - by which criteria, he is, of course, the greatest in history.

Make no mistake, I like neither the man or his fighting style, but his success is not in question.

Same. Floyd is well aware that anything can happen inside those ropes.
