Mcphillbins injury seemed to be genuine, when i read the result before the fight was shown i assumed he backed out.Any talk of putting Hughie in with the likes of Thompson or anyone of that level is insane.Hughie has a risky low hands style that needs more developing before he steps up.He got caught once or twice,a bigger puncher may have given him problems.Needs to work on the right hand too.

The injury would have been legit - no questions.

Mcphillbin has a horrible, horrible style - not easy on the eye whatsoever. He basically is just a hard case.

What you mean like a Journeyman - crucial to the sport of boxing for the development of prospects.

I think Hughie Fury should fight Darren Corbett next if im honest. Would be a good progress for him whether people agree or not. For the celtic/irish championship.

A rematch isn't a bad shout. A couple more fights for Fury and then a step up is fine at this stage of his career.

No.At least a journeyman will give an honest effort and perhaps teach the opponent a thing or two in a losing effort. This guy is an out and out stiff. He is there strictly for the payday and not to get hurt in any way.A travesty to the sport.
