I think right now I'm leaning towards Garcia, but I want to see how Manny looks against Rios before I can make a real judgement. Garcia vs Marquez would also be a great fight. Two master counter punchers.

That's a more winnable fight for Garcia than Floyd and it would be a big pay day. Not sure who wins though. Pac should be a level above Garcia but you never know, Danny keeps proving lots of people wrong. If Rios fight is competitive I'll go with Danny.
Garcia knocks Manny the **** out and I got news for everyone. Rios is going to knock Manny the **** out. Say what you want about styles. Rios is going to go at Manny the same way Glen Johnson went at Roy Jones. Put your money on Rios.

Only 2 guys beating PAC at welter is still Floyd and Roidquez. PAC still has too much for everyone else.
