Danny should fight Floyd if given the opportunity. You don't throw away a lottery ticket. He could make around $5MM against Mayweather.
mayweather would win every round against Danny, just a bad style matchup for Garcia imo. I see little chance for danny in this fight. But, mayweather stopping him? Doubtful. Don't even see how someone could think that really. May has had one stoppage in his last 6 fights. And yet hes going to stop Garcia, who has arguably one of the best chins in boxing today? Possible, but not even close to probable.
Every time a Floyd fight comes up, somebody brings up Floyd putting on a repeat of the Gatti fight. The current Floyd is never going to let his hands go enough to do so, he's not going to take the risks to do so, and he is very unlikely to stop Danny Garcia if that fight gets made. Floyd is all about safety-first.
