Garcia would beat him even worse in the rematch.

 

I'm afraid Lucas has little chance in a rematch, Garcia figured him out. I maintain a few shots to the bean bag aint gonna stop Lucas but a good boxer will beat him... Hard man but lacks a brain, but a puncher always has a chance but my money stays on Garcia.

 

Hmmm I predict Danny to bust Matthysse up taking advantage of the overrated as **** Argentinian's not so great defense and this time possibly stop him as he'll know from the get go that Lucas is no killer and the fear of the unknown is gone now.

So I'd say a crispy tko victory for Danny.

 

Based off what? Garcia barley won fighting a guy with one eye so why is everyone so confident wow

 

You make it sound like Danny was dominating him.. lucas was tearing his azz up the last two rounds and before the eye problem was winning and seemed to have fiqured Garcia out

 

I gave Matthysse 6 rounds and I didn't count the bs KD

 

Garcia knows the power of Lucas now. If he feels he can take it, he will press the fight earlier and win another exciting close decision. 55/45 fight for the lineal jr welterweight champion of the world

 

For me he just seemed to have his measure.... He's a great little boxer but dominating would be a bold statement, that I wouldn't stand by, but I'm not sure Lucas had Garcia figured out but the fight was warming up nicely but the eye problem was a shame, fair play to Lucas he went hell for leather at the end but it seemed desperate and Garcia could have boxed a bit smarter near the end but the gave the fans a right old scrap... love to see it again but Swifty takes it for me

 

Matthysse won 3-4 rounds toward the end with one eye so how yall gonna act like he anit got a chance with two good eyes?

 

Danny was buckled in the 11th and 12th so he deff felt the power don't let him fool ya

 

Matthysse wants the rematch according to the press so will see what danny decides

 

If Garcia is able to inflict so much damage to Matthysse as to render him ineffective, and inflict this damage while Lucas apparently has the upper hand in the fight, what makes you Matthysse fans think that the same thing won't happen in a rematch? Garcia may not close his eye next time out but his punches will land and he will do damage. There was no element of luck to this fight at all, unless you count Mattyhsse lucky that the fight wasn't stopped as he was "one-eyed" for half of the fight.

 

Lucas isn't a one dimensional fighter but can he change his approach enough to make a more skilled fighter think? Everyone loves a banger but Danny dealt with it once... I hope they make the fight... btw pre and post Khan could not abide Garcia... full of bs as usual lol I'm a fan!
