I don't think Matthysse was exposed. He just lost to the guy who should be undisputed now by a very close decision where he recieved an injury in round 6.
It is possible. Even though GGG has extensive amateur experience, and good power, his defense is still his offense. He is too hittable in my opinion. Does he have a good chin? Hard to say yet, because he has fought mostly cans. He does seem to have bad skin, noticeable in fights were guys punched him in the face a few times.
And he demolished him easily which is more than i can say for chavez jr, who got shut out against the only good fighter he's faced. It's interesting that you'd put Jr on that list of fighters that you'd think would beat GGG. Oh yeah, that's right you're a cholo.
