    Just watched that fight back.

Think i might of watched it with my HAYE goggle's on last time lol.

Ruiz was terrible, David should of had him out of there in one round.

He was seriously shot to pieces, Roy Jones beat a much better version imo.

He has a poor defence and didnt like it When ruiz was up close at all.

There are a few ways to beat Haye if im honest lets just see if Peter Fury knows them and Tyson can excecute them.

Still excpect Haye to win by Furi-ous KO though

Ruiz was trying to fight in a more fan-friendly style but didn't have the ability. That made it easier for Haye than it would have been against the much trickier 'Huggy Bear' Ruiz of earlier years.

Haye had no sparring for that training camp due to an injury, he said so himself, his timing were well out. But still took out ruiz.

You can tell by Haye's weight how training camp has gone.

210lbs it's gone well, higher then there was an injury...

Haye dropped Ruiz with the first punch he threw - a straight right between his guard, caught him cold. Haye consistently beat him to the punch but John Ruiz we incredibly durable. Pretty sure Haye broke Ruiz's nose, his jaw and burst both his ear drums that night.

That was the most likable and yet least effective version of Ruiz, at the end of his run.

He changed his style, completely eschewed all the hugging and became a - dare I say it? - somewhat exciting brawler after experimenting with some new trainers (Diaz and Siaca)...except all that gallant retrofitting earned him was a stoppage over no-mark Serin and losses to Valuev and Haye.

Haye mullered him in the first round, surprised Ruiz made it to the bell.
