Groves has definitely got under his skin. I will reiterate my prediction that Groes is going to stop Froch.

I re-watched the froch Kessler special on sky and noticed that when In the dressing room, groves appears on the tv and froch goes oh no! Then rob mc I think says do you want me to turn it off, then froch says yes! It seems groves is doin his head in already, before this fight even been signed.
I know there was the groves sparring with Kessler thing, but
It does seem there's something about groves froch feels bothered by.
Could there be more to froch and groves sparring session than meets the eye, froch always seems to repeat how he dropped groves, which no doubt he did, but was groves causing him all sorts of mither before that, causing froch to open up and drop him.
And maybe that has stuck in his mind and he feels groves is a threat. Sayin all that I hope and think its entirely possible that Carl does a bute on him.

I did chuckle when Groves went "Froch, Froch"

Froch states he is now a 'boxing superstar', those same words uttered by Naseem Hamed and Amir Khan before they came back down to earth with a loss. Poor Groves get called ugly ginger kid by DeGale, and now Froch says he has bad breath. Childish insults, Froch is worried, no doubt about it. Roll on Nov!

so what if froch dropped him in sparring?

groves was a 20yr old kid, whilst froch was a 31yr old man fighting for world titles. It all means very little.

    Froch has a short memory.

He's giving it all high and mighty about Groves being the young pretender, how he's going to do this and that.. how he's above and beyond this fight because he's an international superstar has had x amount of world tile fights blah blah blah...

He was doing the EXACT same thing to Calzaghe for god knows how long - at a time when Calzaghe was coming towards the end, Froch wasn't a name and there was bigger paydays out there for Calzaghe to finish his career on.

I like Groves, followed his career since he turned pro and it's funny how he can say so little yet get his opponents pissed e.g. Degale and now Froch.

Groves should keep this up, the more he upsets Froch and makes Froch go overboard on the whole "respect" saga the more it plays into his hands. We've never seen Froch wound up like that, if Groves can get him emotionally involved in this fight it increases his chances come fight night.

I beleive GG is only half as good as Kessler.

Froch will stop Groves inside three rounds.

Not so sure on that one, I know sparring is sparring but there were a few rumours that Groves (and Clev for that matter) put it on Kessler in the build up to the Froch rematch.

Froch looks pale in that video. He looks malnourished. Groves is going to be the first to brutally KO him.

Froch isn't nervous or rattled. His adrenaline is pumping because he can't stand groves and wants to smash his face in now, before they even get in the ring..he's having to control himself. That's all it is, pent up rage.
