Well even if they haven't this would be very bad for Groves.

Say the Haye v Fury fight is postponed for 4 weeks - that means Booth won't be able to focus 100% on Groves for the full lead up to the fight as he will still have Haye to deal with.

If it is true, then Groves has maybe done the right thing here. At least he will get 100% attention from his new trainer in the build up.

honestly the way some go on on here you'd think a trainer can't train more than 1 person at a time.

If this guy has worked along side groves and haye for a while wouldn't it be possible that nothing has changed and he is just taking the limelight with booth still there or am I being paranoid

    Agreed a crazy move.

The only thing I have been told don't know if anyone else has heard similar it is about the % Booth is getting & there lies the problem.

He is still managing him but no doubt the % he is on reduced now he is not the trainer.Often trainer's fees are negotiated on a fight by fight basis & when you get to world title level some serious figures are involved think GG has made a bad decision for short term gain.

Yeh ive heard its down to payment percentages, not sure if its true but if it is then George should have paid Booth this time and renegotiated or left after this fight. Even if he gets beat he is young and will come again. Its just a very bizarre move at the time for me
