Does anyone know them?, are they decent guys? Part of my brain thinks of them as C's just because of the scouse accent but i'm prepared to change my opinion as Paul comes across reasonably well on Boxnation
I've met Paul Smith a few times, he was out shopping and I saw him said hello spent the next 30 minutes talking boxing, he's really decent bloke very patient with people like me bothering him very enthusiastic about boxing, my opinion top bloke, not just a boxer but a boxing fan too .
This is a great achievement Re-wind 12 months and Paul, Stephen and Liam were all left on the shelf by W****n and were pretty low down on his list of priorities, all were very inactive. Now they are all British champions. It would be great to see their next defences all on the same card in Liverpool...
Liked Paul as far back as the contender.Pepe Correa said he was gonna be a world champ.I asked a very knowledgeable boxing figure about this and was told no.The guy was right but Paul has done very well,and will do long after he's finished boxing.The others are all good but maybe the super middle lad will be the best,something special.Never expected him to handle Mendy like that.The whole family carry themselves well.
