He's in decline now, but so far it's been a very gentle one, his form hasn't dropped off precipitously the way some guys do. He's not 100% of the fighter he was, but he's not at the stage that, say, Ali was in around during 76-77 post Manilla or Tyson in the late 90s after Holyfield I and II, for example. He's not at his highest level, but it's not like his form and physical abilities have dropped off a cliff either.

And considering that Floyd has been fighting at Welter since 2005 or so, it would be pretty ridiculous to say that he was never in his prime at welter either. Unless we're going to hold up his performances against Hatton, Baldomir, etc as examples of a past-prime fighter.

FMJ hasn't fought anyone similar to 135Duran, 147/154Leonard/Hearns or 140/147/154 Benitez and 140 Pryor, and forget it about hagler, by the way SRR and Monzon will had kill Duran at 160, just like Robinson would had smashed FMJ at 147, they didn't have 154 back then
