I didn't skip them, I treated LIKE FOR LIKE. I went back two fights with Calzaghe, and two fights with Bernard. You would prefer to lie using your post's comparison? Yes or no?

I do concede there is one draw to add to Bernards run, and that still makes it BY FAR HOPKINS WORST CAREER RUN.

NOW I am not saying Hopkins was bad at all, I have just said it his WORST RUN BY FAR, do you disagree? Simple YES or NO am I right.

Two back for Hopkins IS the Tarver and Wright fights. Those were his last two fights heading into the Calzaghe bout. There's no logical reason to exlude them in an assement of his career surrounding the Calzaghe fight, they are possibly the most important.

You are too stupid to even continue this further..fur ****'s sake, man. If you are going to have an arrogant ******* gimmick, get it together.

my mistake, ok so that's still Hopkins worst run ever. yes or no?

get it together, answer YES or NO, or fail and run away descending into expletives.

Im the 4 fights sandwiching the Calzaghe fight, Hopkins beat Wright, Tarver, Pavlik, and Ornelas. So, he'd defeated the Ring light heavyweight champ, Ring middleweight champ, a future HOF'er, and had a top 5 P4P rating.

So the answer, obviously, is that clearly this is the worst stretch of Bernard's illustrious career. It's embarrassing to even post those names with the likes of Morradde Hakkar, Steve Frank, and Carl Daniels. I feel dirty just listing those scrubs in the first paragraph with these fistic demi-gods.

yeah it is outstanding for an old man.

But being an unbeaten MW is no way the lowest point of his career ability, it was him bouncing from win to loss.

-It's a pretty big mistake, especially after talking so bold.

-I will have to say NO on the grounds that 06-10 is his longest stretch as a top 5 P4P ranked fighter. And he had so many signature wins and performances during this timeframe.

-The two Dawson fights seem to be a low point for him as it seems to mark the end of his decade long run as an elite P4P rated fighter and he's yet to regain his standing as the LHW King. Though this low point is sandwiched in between two excellent LHW wins over Cloud and Pascal that have kept him in the upper tier of the divison's rankings. He's never had a bad stretch, so arguing the worst stretch is just splitting the hairs of a remarkable career.

Calzaghe was a good, solid fighter, he is up there with Carl Froch.

Calz was quite funny I'll give him that he's a HOF boxer I think we can all admit that but he's grossly overrated by his loyalists he did what was necessary to stay undefeated fighting style, selection of opposition and wonderful timing to schedule fights with past it pugilists. I'm trying to take an objective view at his career and I don't come up with anything more but the positive twist I also don't come up with anything less.

yes i do laugh at the late great Bernard Hopkins claiming he will NEVER lose to a whiteboy then gets beat on hometurf by JC.

Still remember the onesided hammering lacy took when he was supposedly gonna tear Joes head off, oh and lets not forget him brutally embarrassing RJJ that night in madison Square Gardens.

No wonder it was a yank who started this thread.. ps if JC was still boxing today hed take ward and make him look a complete novice.

How can mere men compete with such utter ******ation? What hope is there for those who deny the notion that Calzaghe is the GOAT when the delusion is so complete?

We cannot win the war when we are up against...this.
