for me it has to be when margerito and sergio mora was sparring back in 04/05. mora thought he was some world class elite fighter because he beat peter manfredo in the contender final, say what you like about margerito but he took it to mora and gave him a serious whopping.

Guy has the worst possible style match-up for Margarito.

He will not have been using plaster here either. We will always have to wonder how good Margarito really was and if he really was gaining an illegal advantage but one thing he was, was an iron chinned warrior.

You know, the one time trainer of Kermit Cintron posts here and has said numerous times that there was nothing unusual about Margarito's wraps, which he personally saw.

To think the guy sneaked loaded wraps past dozens of trainers over the years is ludicrous, and quite frankly ignorant.

Name one fighter in recorded history who has had tampered gloves in multiple fights, especially at the very highest level of the game.

Yeah it could have just been a simple misunderstanding like the Tito vs. Hopkins scenario but I must admit I do not know the full story but Margarito was giving Cotto a very tough fight in the rematch until the injury he sustained against Pacquiao came into play.

Apparently there are stories of Kermit cintron getting the better of b hop in sparring.

why even ask a question like this? Sparring means nothing...It's just to sharpen skills.

I tend to agree, mate, and this footage shows how talented Margarito is. I think he would have given Floyd a good fight; not saying he would win but his constant pressure and chin would have ensured a tough night for Mayweather. I like how he closes the distance effortlessly.

That session means NOTHING!...Ya can't extrapolate anything. Pep 'n Graziano were more than half in the bag every time they sparred...You'da thought they worked-out in a brewery.

I was always surprised spar mates didn't pass out from fumes.
