Having read in Boxing News this week that Boxnation had its second biggest audience ever for the Canelo Mayweather fight isn't it typical that they have no live action this weekend. If they bought Chavez Vera ,probably for pennies, and then run an ad campaign on the channel and in the press the new subscribers may have fallen for the fact that this was a meaningful bout and that Boxnation shows live top class action every week. Instead they will think that the channel has shot it's bolt with last weeks fight and cancel ASAP as soon as they see the never ending menu of ancient repeats. After all look what some mainstream publicity did for this weeks America's Cup and also for the Canelo Mayweather fight last weekend.
I only subscribed for the Mayweather fight, and have now cancelled. It's interesting that BT are showing the Chisora\Saunders card on delay, too.
Exactly.. sick of this shite from people. For how many years had people called and pleaded for a boxing channel, you have now got it and cant stop complaining!!!
In fairness it looked like they would have been up against Haye vs Fury this weekend so I'd give them a pass.
they should have picked the chavez card up no excuse really for them not to get a card nobody else is picking up
Top card? Main event has the most unprofessional fight this year on it. Plus Jaye Fury would of been on this weekend.
so what haye fury was meant to be on whats that got to do with what boxnation show its on a different time in a different country on a different channel boxnation pick up cards a day or two before they happen all the time as it is should they not be picking up fight cards that are widely available seeing as they are a boxing channel?? granted its no draw for new subscribers but they have to provide content for people who subscribe anyway i never mentioned the standard of the card or the main event but im sure they have shown worse
Would Sky have had the Cloud v Adonis fight without the Haye v Fury fight? I don't think so. We'll be tuning into Box Nation next weekend to watch Wlad v Povetkin.
