"I'd take the Wilder fight, at the minute he's not an HBO fighter, he's just a pumped up ****ing jacking it seven foot skinny tosser [spits]."
This is why I'm a fan of Haye, despite his lack of serious skills. Man tells it like he sees it. A genuine character !
I've always had a soft spot for Fury. It was actually quite depressing watching that, he was just honest and told some home truths about boxing Its not about how good you are.. its about who you know The heavyweight division is dead Its all about what fight will make the most money.. not the best fighting the best Titles and rankings mean nothing Haye is a trickster.. something has gone on (Groves, bad camp etc etc) Fury even appears to know he'd probably lose but knows £5million would set him for life and it wouldnt matter if he lost out on a world title fight. I love boxing but really get tired with it at times... Nobody wants to lose there 0, corrupt judges, fighters not travelling, Mayweather/klitschko.. the list goes on :-((
Really good insight in to a fighters career, Fury has been totally screwed. Used to like Haye but now i want Fury to win, the guy is far more genuine and down to earth.
The man has a way with words. Much more entertaining than his press conference persona. I wonder if he knows that Wilder fights on Showtime?:rofl
How can you not like the guy ? He may say some crazy **** at times, but in interviews such as this he just tells it like it is. Refreshing.
