Olympic gold medalist Anthony Joshua makes his pro debut this Saturday. His opponent is undefeated Italian Emanuele Leo. I'm looking forward to seeing how he does on the pro stage.
I'm sure people are gonna doom him from the start because he's British and therefore has a glass jaw.
Anthony Joshua has the capability and talent to be the next Lennox Lewis, Vitali Klitschko, Wlad Klitschko, level Heavyweight
No. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pl6RNONdlk4 He is good for a guy who started at aged 18 Already bieng in the spotlight isn't good though. The 'gifted' gold medal won't do anything for him. If he turned pro and kept his head down out of the media spotlight for another 4-5 years working on his craft (like Martinez had to slowly do) then i'd give him a good chance at maybe 'making it' in the pro game. Can already see his career being mis-managed.
Will be a good prospect and I can definently see the Brits getting behind him, so a fan base won't be an issue. The Heavyweight division needs more good young fighters to come through, although he was gifted a decision against Savon at the Olympics.
Flat footed , slow ,british glass jaw and he did't really win gold medal he got that as a gift. F@ck him and his fans.
i'm looking forward to the start of his journey. the Heavyweight division needs more good fighters to come through. so this is a welcome addition.
