I can see the Bradley beating Pac argument much easier than the JMM beating Bradley one some are trying to create now.

Whats the difference, Manny was aggressive but landed nothing clean against Bradley while Bradley landed weak shots and flurries all night. Do I score aggression for Pac or the weak shots for Bradley? Some prefer the weak shots over the aggressive misses.

JMM on the other hand didn't land sh-t, got outboxed, frustrated, and simply loss the fight, no argument here, no controversy. Take your L and enjoy your check.

I thought Bradley beat JMM easy, so no argument here. I'm talking press scores, this fight appears closer on an average card I've seen.

Why do so many say Manny beat Bradley easy when he doesn't land anything clean the whole night? Manny gets points for missing punches?

I can't speak for the 90%+ that had Pac winning easy, but probably cause Bradley landed less, and less cleanly.

Did you watch the fight ?

    CompuBox PunchStat Report

Tim Bradley W 12 (spl) Manny Pacquiao
    06/09/2012 Las Vegas

Really CJ Ross (115-113) and Duane Ford (115-113)? Manny outlanded Bradley 253-159 in total punches and had a 190-108 edge in power shots landed. Manny outlanded Bradley in 10 of 12 rounds.

Taking a deeper look at the stats and the judges scorecards, Pacquiao had a 22-8 edge in total punches landed in round 5 and Ross and Ford gave that round to Bradley. Pacquaio had a 27-11 edge in total punches landed in round 7 and ALL 3 judges gave that round to Bradley.

The Bradley/Manny fight was much closer than many are making it seem. Just like last night Marquez and Manny let Bradley be the busier guy in the middle rounds and only went on the attack for a few seconds here and there in each round. We have to remember that each round is 3 minutes and if you are only fighting for 30 seconds and in spurts then you are risking on making rounds hard to score. Just because the crowd is screaming for every punch it doesn't mean anything if they are not all landing. This is coming from a huge Marquez fan.
