He never got any credit when winning easily or when he showed great grit and determination to beat a more talented boxer in Gonzalez, no surprise folk have jumped on the bandwagon here after what should've been a loss. Ricky is one of the best lightweights without doubt, Beltran should've been a good style match up for him so not sure what went wrong but would be confident of a Burns win in a rematch.

burns sells a lot of tickets in Scotland so he must make good money, I cant see him fighting anywhere else just to prove a point unless he get offered really money,

But judging his last 2 performances he seems to be slipping a bit allthough excuses are there messed about by ****** long training camp due to postpontents change of promoter for the Gonzalez fight and becoming a father for first, baby overdue and a broken Jaw 10 ? rounds.

I honestly think his stock has risen a bit in scotland after the beltramfight he was all over the papershe was Defo backpage maybe even small piece on the front page for fighting 10 ? rounds with a broken JAw

He also won the fight comfortably had it not been for some corrupt judging.

Ricky would perform better against a Vasquez or Gamboa simply for the fact he would be the underdog. It's a Scottish thing, we always seem to do better against the best and struggle when we are favourites.

Werent you the guy after the fight saying "oh his jaw was only fractured, not broken" did you see the x ray picture? his jaw was absolutely detached on one side

yes it was broken by a fair punch, yes beltran deserved the victory, but like he says, you can't run around going "oh look, beltran outclassed him" when burns was spending ten rounds trying desperately to just defend a horrificly broken jaw that was literally hanging off on one side and causing him excruciating pain every time beltran so much as touched it

we all know from your back and forth with nelson that you will say anything to discredit burns

    Keep believing that darling. :good

Helps with your biased agenda if you keep on thinking that. I know your type, IQ of an orange.

funny to see you type the words "biased agenda" and not be referring to yourself. I believe that's called "projection"

to say you have the IQ of an orange would be an insult to oranges, which I am quite fond of

Was that the best comeback you could muster?

Have another go lad, I'm sure you can do better.

I save my best comebacks for the best insults, "IQ of an orange" was not particularly witty nor original, but originality is not your strongpoint, is it?
