Anybody up for a Calzaghe vs Hopkins 2?!!

I believe Hopkins won the first bout, it's a pity there wasn't an immediate rematch. Calzaghe isn't coming out of retirement unless he's offered ridiculous money.

I would not have sat through Hopkins/Calzaghe again in 2008 or 2009 - it was such an unwatchable and unenjoyable fight the first time round I cant imagine why anyone would want to subject themselves to that torture a second time - and I certainly would do so now, though for entirely different reasons - Calzaghe has been retired and inactive since 2009 while Hopkins remains one of the top light heavyweights in the world, it would be a total mis-match today.

 

Clazaghe will school him even more easily than he did the first time so why not Joe v Lacy 2? :think

Calzaghie doesn't want that fight. Hopkins had him so frustrated all night he and his dad were fighting in the corner.

 

Calzaghie hit Hopkins w less then 10 clean punches in the first 7 rounds and he got dropped. Lol

Calzaghe stops him unless he's allowed to get away with the illegal timewasting tactics and feigning low blows that he was allowed to the first time. In which case another calzaghe points win.

Joe is retired. I doubt any amount of money would bring him back. If he did come back and win, then he has the likes of Steveson and Kolvev waiting for him. Never happen, but it might be entertaining, though I doubt it.
