Thomas, Tucker, Bonecrusher, Biggs, Tillman, Green, Bruno (1), Larry and Razor weren't scared of him.

Holyfield and Lennox looked scared pre-fight.

    Marciano

Best wins were all against old opponents.

    lol at the Calzaghe trolls.

Beat an absolutely tip-top Kessler and made a now seemingly peak Hopkins look old and slow. Those two fights alone make him elite in his era.

BHop and his 20 lineal defences. Against weak opposition. Never faced prime RJJ or Toney, or Mclellan or Benn or Eubank and so on.

No doubting he had a great career, but to me a he falls short of ATG status.

Ali? Over inflated legacy? He may not be the greatest but he surley was great but to me a legacy is what you leave behind Ali changed the sport forever he turned it into a entertainment industry in terms of leaving a legacy not many come close to Ali

Who mentioned ATG status? Question is who has the most over-inflated legacy. If anything Joe's is under-rated.

Elite and top 10 P4P in his era. ATG is questionable, but he's clearly a British ATG.
