What's gonna happen if Floyd v.s. Hopkins at 160 really takes place?

Joke fight. Floyd would simply outbox the weight drained 50 yr old.

Even in an alternate universe, where both Floyd and Bernard were the same size and the same age it would still be an ugly as **** fight.

Rather see Floyd in with a genuine middleweight or one of belt holders at 154 or 147.

This, to me, is much more important than the size advantage would be if Popkins were to make 160 by some strange miracle. You just can't fight Floyd at 48, alien or not.

If floyd was to ever move up to 160 Hopkins isn't who i'd want him to fight, bhop would be drained and at almost 50 will be far to slow to catch floyd, Everything Bhop does Floyd does as good or better. If floyd moves to 160 i want him to fight either GGG or Martinez

This fight will only do one thing and that's make a lot of money for the both of them.

This would add nothing to either fighters legacy. Hopkins wins he beats up on a much smaller man, Mayweather wins he's dragged a 50 year old down 2 divisions to be slaughtered.

It's a joke of a fight, it would be like Tyson going down to fight Jones Jr at light heavy, it would be a freak show event.

it will look like pac vs dlh. very onesided. bhop won't have the energy or strength to stand. corner throws in the towel to save him the embarrassment of being ktfo'd.

floyd would just come in way under 160 and use his speed to his advantage. bhop has a slight chance because of the reach advantage.

theres only one reason for hopkins goin dwn in weight and no one has mentioned the reason yet its stevenson/ kovalev they way stevenson dealt with his last two oppnents his freighting bearing in mind that chad schooled hopkings and cloud went all the way
he knws his time is up at 175

What makes you think this fight is going to happen? Floyd can't make the full jrMW limit and they expect him to jump to MW? A LHW vs a WW at MW? Martinez was a more doable fight and it wasn't made, not even at 154lbs. Muchless, will the BHop fight will be made. Hopkins just trying to pick on the little guy again.
