There isn't a lot of European penetration in the 147-154 divisions , and naturally it'd take an exceptional talent even if there was.

EDIT: yep, just checked: no Eastern European could have beaten FMJ 'cos he ain't fought any. I'd expect Floyd to beat any in the current 147-154 divisions with relative ease however.
