Brandon Rios throwing some heavy shots as he prepares for Manny Pacquiao later this month in Macau, China. Dont know if he will win, but the boy can hit.

I wonder what difference Ariza will make in Brandon's conditioning for this fight.

I hear the thud. But way too slow for my taste.

It is suppose to be slow. It is a power drill not a speed drill.

Rios is a beast, his jab almost knocked Alvarado out. Pacquiao is in for a war and better not get caught up on the ropes.

I don't think he looks that great hitting the bag. He has ok power. Pacquiao should be able to walk right through him as long as his punch resistances isn't gone. He will hit Rios a lot more than Rios will hit him. I just hope the Marquez KO didn't take away his punch resistance.

I'll be routing for Pacman. Hoping to see Mayweather next.
