Of the British HW fringe contenders of the past decade, who had the best career? I'd say Danny Williams' win over Mike Tyson makes him the best of the four, even though it was obviously a faded version of "Iron Mike" he beat.
Toss up between Skelton and Williams... I voted Skelton. Had his first boxing match at 35, beat 2/3 of guys in this poll, challenged for a world title, European champion/multiple time commonwealth champion. I think Danny has beaten all 3 though hasn't he? Skelton never fought A-farce though.
Williams and Harrison both had insane potential, Williams was too inconsistent, Audley underestimated opponents too much and was given the good life too early. Matt achieved most out of his potential out of the lot starting at 35 and lacking the talent and hand speed of Aud and Danny.

i know they werent exactly 'elite' in skill level i always use to love watchin the domestic scraps between them all i voted skelton,, jus cos of how late he started and how he made the most of what he had,, you cant really fault his career for those reasons but the others im not so sure
