As he went up in weight, his stamina, speed and p4p power declined but not since 2009, more like his FW days, he made up for that with technical skills and the fact that his opponents are slower. Pac has been looking good is sparring. If he knocks out Rios it will be a great win. Pac beat Bradley. Pac was kicking Marquez' arse until Marquez landed a lucky punch. We will see how he does in the Rios fight. Lewis was knocked out cold.............Joe Louis was knocked out, Tyson, Liston, Ali, etc.
Also beating Rios in his prime and is not weight drained. Rios probably would suit 147 because of his size.

Not even letting my respect for Marquez come into play , people who keep on the Manny hasn't lost it train are the reason he got KO'd in the first place both had knockdowns in fight IV Marquez's glove barely touched the canvas for his Pacquiao was put on his ass in round 5 up til the knockdown Marquez was giving Pac the business hell the same punch Marquez KO'd him with almost dropped Pac at the begining of round 5. The Bradley fight Pacquiao was a 20 second a round fighter. This is boxing and even though he SHOULD beat Rios given Pac's style and what seems to be general disregard for Rios I wouldn't be too suprised if he lost it all it takes is one well timed punch
