Who needs a bag, bags are for pussies. I'd suggest a concrete pillar Tong Po recommends them.

I think you lost everyone here. Try getting a decent 125lbs bag and hang it correctly, Mr Tyson.

Try one similar to your own weight, thus it should be the same weight as the guy you are set to fight.

    135.7lb ideally, if you're cutting use a 125 and if you're bulking use 150.

well the chances may be very slim, but its not about the money, its about doing what i love to do without being a bad guy..... and yes u are right about different bags...i will be hitting different bags...i guess my question is what should be the max weight bag i should be hitting besides my minimum of 100-125.....I am an experienced fighter and just want to know if I and others feel i have a power hit and I am 200 lbs, what should be the max weight bag? thank you

    lol.

if you want to be a fighter go to a boxing gym. hitting a bag by yourself does nothing but teach yourself bad habits

you are not an experienced fighter btw, as you will find out if you actually make it to a boxing gym and spar one day
