Your opinion? He was clearly hurt by Senchenko, who was never a big hitter. It was punch to the temple and Brook needed few secs to recover. Seems to me he can have problems taking punches from decent hitters like Devon Alexander.
Brooks punch resistance is fine, he was wobbled by a shot that caught him at a funny angle and recovered instantly. Took big shots against jones and didnt look physically hurt, just exhausted.
Theres some glass in that mandible.. Even SHOT TO **** weight drained Hatton took Senchenkos punches better than Brook did . Brook is just another in a long line of glass jawed British hype jobs, and is nothing more than a KO waiting to happen.
Shot caught him on the temple and he was fine almost instantly. My guess would be Brook has average punch resistance, not great, not terrible. I think he needs to improve his ability to avoid shots though if he wants to become elite.
its not his ability to take a shot, but his nose and rest of his face gets inflamed and is really sensitive when he gets hit by shots it happened in the jones rematch as well, he may not got KO'd clean but worn down after a sustained beating.

I dont like all chin talk and calling every fighter glass chin, but while Brook has decent punch resistance Sechenko fight showed he absolutely doesnt have great punch resistance, at best decent for pro game, nothing more thats sure.
