In an interview with Kugan yesterday Eddie said they would be announcing the next international figt to be shown on sky in December. The only 'relevant' fight for them to be showing is the Rigo fight with the Quigg link and with Macklin featuring on the undercard wih the Barker link. I also can't understand why sky aren't showing the Donaire fight as that can be tied to Quigg and it has the vacant WBO light middle title being fought for which Brian Rose is the mandatory, if they don't pick this up it contradicts skys policy of showing international fights relevant to the fighters appearing on sky and they're missing out on a decent card.

Alexander fight is confirmed on BoxNation mate (on the Paulie undercard). If it is December then the only one can be Rigo as the OP say as the Broner fight is also on BN. Disappointing, I assumed next Saturdays card would be on - it' a decent card - Donaire, M.Garcia and the WBO fight which is relevant to Rose.

The Alexander fight is being shown on boxnation who show all the goldenboy fights and sky seem to show the hbo fights. Saying that Ward is on boxnation for his next fight and you'd have thought sky would have picked this up due to the Froch/Groves winner possibly facing him.

The fact that they're more than likely going to pick up the Rigo fight who like Ward wont appeal to the casuals who will think they're boring. The point I was originally making was that sky said that they where going to show international fights that had fighters in them that would be relevant to the current crop of fighters on sky and you don't get more relevant than a world title that a boxer currently on sky is the mandatory being fought for. Also Ward is the 'super' WBA champ and with Froch being the regular WBA champion sooner or later the WBA will call for the holder of the regular belt to face the super champion.

I didn't say they where boring I said Rigo and Ward would not appeal to the casual boxing fans as they would find them boring.
