I know GGG is willing to fight him, but he shouldnt be. His defense is very spotty. VERY spotty. Curtis Stevens is a small man with short arms, and connected with nice two pieces and combinations. GGG is very wide open and predictable with his attack. Very one dimensional fighter that doesnt seem to know what to do when someone can handle his shots. Which Stevens did well until GGG broke him. Anyway, I truly believe a Healthy Maravilla beats him handily. A lot of openings tonight that Stevens just couldnt take advantage of, that Sergio would. Sergio's Left Hook would land and land often. This theory only applies if Maravilla is healthy, if not I dont know how he'd take GGG's power. GGG should consider moving to 168 as well. His power will definitely make up for the the size he'll be giving up.
yeah a prime martinez boxes circles around borat but i just don't think martinez can handle him at this stage of his career.
Martinez just can't move for 12 rounds now. Maravilla might do well early but GGG will eventually break him down.
Chavez Jr was able to eventually catch him. It would be a great, competitive fight until about 7th round when Martinez is taken out.
Sergio had 2 years of prime. Funny how no one seems to question him coming out of no where with a previous KO % under 50%, then suddenly he drills an iron chinned Paul Williams and starts winning by stoppage. Combine that with his cycling past and his body literally falling apart and you have a really suspect PED user. Having said that, Sergio would have given GGG way more than he bargained for 2 years ago... but now? I take GGG to win.
