Gary Cornish needs a test , so who would be good opponents for him

id like to see him in against

    Towers
    Big bad John
    Lewison
    Rogan

Cornish aint even in the top ten sky rankings and he is 16-0 with 8 ko's ,

Towers or Dallas. Bit too soon for Big John, I think.

The guy doesn't get much coverage at all, even here in Glasgow

Possibly but he is a big jump up from current opponents. Dallas, towers then Lewison or John

Gary needs to get his finger out and take some fights as he is in danger of being left behind.
Dont know where towers is going to go from here, dont think he gains much by fighting cornish.
Towers harrison maybe? I'd like to see cornish take on rogan or s3xton, but with prizefighter coming for s3xton and rogan with a fight lined up in the next few weeks im unsure if there will be anyone available to test him.
Dallas may be the best option.

A good fight would be him and Hughie Fury, big undercard feb 8, nice pay?, and a good crossroads fight, that both are capable of winning.

Dallas would be the best choice. If/when he KOs him, then he move on to John McDermott.

big john would be a very bad fight for cornish and id be very confident in big john by ko at the present time.

i'd like to see him in with sam ***ton which would be a good test and ***ton isnt an aggressive him so both would get good rounds and the winner would be only a fight or 2 away from a british title shot

Big bad John fights Lewison in about 4 weeks so neother of them are an option.

cornish needs a name with ranking points that e is ready for. I think Dallas is the only one for that... as rubbish as harrison is, it would be a dangerous fight for both and i doubt either would risk it just now. Ive not heard what matt skelton is up to these days but he's maybe a bit long in the tooth. Not heard much from the sprott camp either...

    Sprott might take cornish on?

How about Cornish V Edmund Gerber ?

Sprott was KO'd in the first round in his last fight at the end of august,

might still be a good test for Cornish though

Wow slow the horses.. You boys are Cornish's fans?? Gerber are you crazy.. Cornish needs to be taken along slowly no reason to take big risks. He's a baby in boxing terms.. The best next fight for him is someone like Mcphillbin or maybe David Dolan.. Then he should be looking at Rogan or ***ton.. They kind of fights and slowly stepping up will have him continually improving. Some fighters need rushed through some are a slow burner and that's what Gary is. Be patient maybe 18 month - 2 years with another 8/10 fights he will be ready for a crack at British level. Then hopefully he keeps improving and can move forward.
