it's not really funny to troll someones thread he asked a question and like he said, don't have an answer, don't say anything. Didn't your momma ever teach you not to talk if you have nothing nice to say? ****ing internet lame-o. Anyways use a bag you're comfortable with, I'd say nothing lower than like 125 - 150 however. Some people think hitting a heavy bag (like lets say 300+) will hurt your hands I, however, only like to hit bags that heavy and haven't had any negative side effects. Get in a gym and you'll have the chance to try out different bags with different weights and you'll see which is best for you. :hi::good
Id beat the **** out of you with nothing but left hand slaps in front of your father same to the guy who started the thread
the reason people argue sometimes in forums is because idiots dont read everything what the other person said. Im not saying ur an idiot, but if u read one more time from my original thread, i said i have been illegaly fighting for 10 years. which means ????? I have sometime typle of fighting experience, and i never said that i wasnt going to join a gym, i just asked one simple answer to get other opinions. so next time dont waste ur time unless u make both our time valuable.....thank u
