    I think itd be nice to put 'John Garfield' in the title so that those who appreciate his ESB posts can recognise more easily.

    Such impact-full news about someone I've never met. He took such care in his words, he was a lover of prose, and will be sorely missed.

    I got this feeling he was hyper aware of the context in which he posted his threads. Like as if he were trying to counter those types of threads, in a way saying "lads, don't forget, there are *other* things to spend your time pondering".

    Not sure if that makes sense. But I think he was well aware of what was going on around him (as opposed to just ignoring it / turning a blind eye).

    Seriously gutted by this news. Thoughts with his family I'm sure they have plenty of stories to remember him by.
