Fernando Guerrero has proven again he's one of those guys you have to knock out to get a win. He got dropped by all 5 of his best opponents and was behind on most of the fans scorecards, but reached the final bell against 3 of them and got awarded with decision wins. Can you think of more examples of guys against winning most rounds and getting knocked down to boot just isn't enough for a win? :think
Both Maravilla and Calazaghe were knocked down in a number of fights which they won, but can't really be argued to have lost many other rounds.
Broner clearly lost to Quintero, De Leon and Paulie. Maidana will likely beat him too and get robbed by the judges. Plus he arguably should've been disqualified against Malginaggi. :deal
People here seem to fail to stick to the assignment. :bart The question was (and still is); Name fighters that got away with unpopular decisions while being dropped at least once in those fights. So not on one occasion, but multiple times like the guy I mentioned in the OP.
Andre Ward - he's always got his home California judges there if he needs them. The three judges for Saturday's fight are: Max Deluca from Tustin, California; Jerry Cantu from Westminster, California; and Steve Morrow, from Hollister, California. :yep
