For the PDL fight Broner went down a weight class and PDL went up one, then promptly went back down after putting in a winning performance according to most. Broner's comp is somewhat better, but he already had 2 hometown decisions against patsies (PDL, Quintero) and a close fight vs a 10-1 underdog Paulie.
Glad Golovkin is fighting a name so that soon everyone will be forced to fight him but Geale is not that good
Golovkin will destroy him, but at least that'll mark the third straight top 10 rated middleweight GGG will dismantle. Until the biggest names want to share a ring with him, it's the next best thing.
by all means please do bonito....I'd love to see that list.....I could do with a laugh today! Daniel UD12 Geale has NEVER easily beaten a top opponent....ALL his fights are 12 mundane rounds of very ordinary feather fisted flapping. Macklin, for example, won both the British title and the European title by devastating KO. He beat Sturm comprehensively! Sturm beat Flapper Geale reasonably comfortably...(yes I know what the judges said???blah blah) So come on bonito, point that list of yours out for us, ... ...please....cheer me up on a bleak winter day.....
GGG isn't a massive pay day yet for the biggest names. Bigger names could face Cotto/Canelo for much more coin and a greater chance to win.. Fighters like Geale, looking to redeem themselves might be the best opponents that we are likely to see GGG face until he builds a bigger name - which he is starting to get, still a couple decent fights away from being that top notch draw card.
You call clinching and holding dominating??? Wlad cheated against Povetkin and got away with it by paying off the ref. ANd I guess next Wlad will dominate small little Boytsov with his grabbing and holding right??? Boytsov has done nothing to earn a shot. Wlad is a paper champion at this point.
Sony Classics is proud to present "derrick": The poignant tale of a man, his turnip truck, and a quest for redemption against the Ukrainian tormentors that would keep them apart.
Didn't he choose to fight Mundine II when it was time to fight Golovkin? Basically, it was a money driven decision. Business. No?
You are an idiot who knows that Geale fought Mundine because it was the easiest millions he will make in his life. Every fighter in Geales position would have made exactly the same decision. Call it a coward move but that just shows how stupid you are.
I'm not talking about Geale ducking Golovkin for the Mundine fight in January you idiot, I'm talking about now, even though Geale has no big fight lined up I still believe he is to much of a coward to fight Golovkin now, there is no Mundine fight on offer so what's his excuse this time?
Why I didn't create the thread? This thread is about a potential Golovkin Geale fight and my opinion is Geale is to much of a coward to take the fight even if there was an offer.
Styles make fights. Healed is a tough fight for anyone. GGG will find it hard to shine as he might against guys who leave themselves open for power shots.
