Hughie Fury vs. Anthony Joshua

They're both being handled really well i.e. keeping active.But ones a 23 year old gold medallist and the others an 18 year old lad who shows a great deal of promise.That 5 years is a lot.Theyre both great prospects but may never cross paths IMO.I would say Joshua is nailed on to be one of the best heavyweights in the world in about 3 years time.

 

Joshua is only 13 months younger than Tyson Fury.

David Price is 5 years older than Tyson.

Compare Joshua to Tyson.

They are the bona fide peers.

Hughie isn't strong enough, although he would compete.

 

What would hughie be like in 5 years with extra man power ,he will beat the lot

 

Joshua is so athletically gifted its scary.

 

Hughie looked good when I saw him fight.

I saw Camarelle beat Joshua for the gold medal, but Camarelle was cheated, he beat Joshua.

 

Joshua already looks like a beast physically. Hughie doesn't look that lean, and doesn't look like he hits that hard yet, but he's only 18, so it's not really fair to judge yet.

 

as has been said already, hughie is still a boy whereas as joshua is a man. Although I wouldn't be surprised if hughie wins cos of his travellers heart.

As it happens I scored the opening bout for Joshua's Olympic gold medal run for Savon but think he'd beat both fury's. physically he is more than a match for tyson so that'd be an interesting match up for me due to Tyson's experience. That may will be a fight tht happens in 18 months as I think Tyson's stock will plummet when Haye decimates him. If he beats haye I'll be happy to eat my words and admit he was much better than I previously gave him credit for

As regards Joshua v Tyson, Fury said he'd battered him in sparring a couple of years ago. Mind you that was in his unfit days which might have made a difference.

Hughie is a big lad and will take time for his physique to fully develop. I'm nearly his size and was very gangly at that age. We might not really know what we've got for three or four years tops.
