Why so much filler? Halfway into the broadcast (45 in, scheduled for 90) and there are two co-featured bouts left, both ten-rounders.

This will run quite a bit over if they show both if neither ends very early.

    Round 1

Benavides is following Felix around the ring, holding the right arm out vertically a few inches from his face to catch jabs and then cobra-striking down with it, missing as Felix trots around him. Nice crisp right hand lead by Felix.

    10-9 Felix

    Round 2

Benavides is catching the 12 on his guard and getting blasted into the ropes, shelling up as Felix puts together longer and more creative combinations. Benavides lopes after Felix during his resting periods coasting on the outside, lunging with the left hand lead to the body diving in and falling short.

    10-9 Felix

    20-18 Felix

    Round 3

Benavides is throwing his southpaw 1-2 chasing Felix across the ring. Felix pulls a matador turn off the ropes and while twisting his upper body around somehow lines up a picture-perfect right cross on the chin, dropping Benavides. He beats the count but Felix is on him like a shark smelling blood. Big hooks and looping rights by Felix. Straight power flurries by Felix. Benavides is ducking by the ropes, both gloves wrapped over his head. Felix keeps unloading. Waved off.

    TKO3!!

    More filler??

They're going to be starting the main event around when the broadcast is supposed to end.

...or was Avalos vs. Lunas canceled for some reason? :huh

They actually haven't mentioned it once during the whole broadcast.

    Tale of the tape: identical.

Same age, same weight, same height, same reach.

    Not often you see that.

Solis has never been stopped, but Saenz can truly crack.

    Round 1

Saenz is ripping up the body pressing in, holding up both gloves in front of his face in between salvos. Solis throws a 1-2 and misses as Saenz saunters outside and then moves right. Saenz halts on a dime and goes left. Body flurries by Saenz. Stiff jab stuck in past the guard by Saenz. Solis walks forward and waves his left glove up and down. Saenz ignores it and backs up, then darts in with a body jab. Solis tries to box Saenz's ears as he is ducked in close but misses. Quick feet by Saenz, darting outside and then going left. Body combo by Saenz. Grazing left hook by Solis.

    10-9 Saenz

    Round 2

Double jab, right hand by Saenz. Solis takes it well and waves a left hook at him, standing his ground. Saenz trots around him and lands some jabs, caught by an overhand right from Solis. Saenz is tossing a sharp jab to head and body, then slaps up top with a left hook. Solis puts in a rolling flurry on the top of Saenz's head as he ducks by and then follows with jabs stuffed up between his gloves. Solis tags Saenz with a right hand backing up. Saenz drops his head with it to roll with the punch. Solis ducks in and raises a jab into Saenz's face. Saenz sidesteps a jab but is clipped with the overhand right behind it. Jab and overhand right by Solis again, keeping Saenz moving backward.

    10-9 Solis

    19-19
