im not saying to bet on rios here but laying -500 on a guy coming off a knockdown and then subsequent brutal ko against a guy with a solid chin thats coming to fight 110 percent and can throw 800 punches i would assume statistically is not a very good bet.
Rios needs you to stand in front of him in order for him to land his punches. Manny will use too many angles. It will look like Rios is getting sliced up with a knife.
I feel sorry for Rios, and I hope he has a full recovery. Hopefully God will bless him, even if he doesn't believe in God. However, these types of fights showcase Pacquaio's ability. Anytime he can get into a fight with a guy that is trying to be offensive, he busts them up. He is the most destructive fighter in the game when anybody tries to fight him. He's the ultimate street fighter. If you were on the street and you were mad and you charged him, he would **** you up. You couldn't win that way. You'd have to run, and then you'd look like a *****. this fight is not about angles its about mannys chin i can make a list of guys that had good chins(mma and boxing) and after it was cracked they were done on the elite level. the chances of brandon not landing a good shot on mannys chin in this fight is very slim and if it is indeed broke so will be the punters laying an absurd -450 to -500 in paq
what about tommy morrison whose ko was more brutal than mannys? he came back just fine against hipp. no one will know if manny is morrison or if hes joens jr until hes tested. the knockdown prior to the ko is also very concerning as manny had never been down not hurt since he moved to 147
