100% agree. I like Froch a lot but actually want Groves to wing this only because Froch has gone as far as he can go in an incredible career but will never possess the skill set to beat Ward. Where as Groves or even Degale at there peak in a couple years time could give Ward more to think about. If Groves gets on his bike & stays on it for 12 rounds he might just pull it off. If he gets brave & plants his feet he will get brutally Butead.
Groves will have to keep well away from Froch to win this, and really box his way to a boring win, if he wants to win this. I think Carl will march through him and get to him within 6 rounds, Georges chin looks a little shaky to me.
Once Froch gets hold of Groves it's over. I honestly can't see any other outcome. I believe he is not only a level below Froch but he really isn't ready for this fight for atleast another year . I did quite like Groves until recently, but he has been acting a bit of a ***** the last few weeks. Let's be honest Groves best win was Johnson who was way past his best. Maybe in a year or two he would be up for this kind of fight, but in my opinion he's gonna get a serious and very brutal hiding.
Nothing odd about my prediction really. When its a case of back foot boxing against come forward pressure then its whatever the judges prefer. I can see Groves boxing himself into an early lead and then Froch coming on strong in the mid rounds and finally getting to him in the last few rounds but Groves just hanging on. I think its more likely that 1 of the judges has it different to the others than all 3 agreeing. :thumbsup
