    Ortiz is one of the most explosive fighters in boxing. Rios is Margairto JR, without the long arms. Ortiz wins unless something happens causing him to quit.

    Ortiz would murder Rios. The long layoff and the fact that he has a head full of jello and delusions would not change the fact that he is faster, bigger, and more skillful than Rios.
